River Mole
|

The Mole is a lovely river which meanders it’s way through the Surrey countryside.
We rarely paddle it as the water levels tend to drop off very quickly but hopefully,
with the rains we’ve had and more to come, it will still be at a do able level .
We’ll join the River at Brockham and follow it as it twists and turn on it journey to Leatherhead.
Having shot the large sloping weir the river the winds around the bottom of Boxhill and you’ll
get good views of the majestic hill towering over you. We’ll stop for lunch by the stepping stones
and then afterwards the river narrows down as we continue on towards Leatherhead Town.
See the medieval 14 arch bridge spanning the River and then join us in the Pub opposite
for an end of paddle chat and drink.

Beginner’s Whitewater progression

Regret this weekend is now fully subscribed !
Come and join us on the River Dee to expand those whitewater skills, a perfect progression for all those who joined us last year in South Wales
Drive up Friday night and stay in Llangollen, On the Saturday we will practice skills at mile end mill.
A simple stretch of easy white water with a convinient Cafe, carpark, showers and kayak shop nearby.
On the Sunday we will head upstream and paddle the Dee back down so you can practice the skills you learnt on Saturday on the river.
